What is this App?

This app is a tool and collection of reference and training material to help you solve real estate related problems while earning a living. 

This App will also help us schedule free trainings and post announcements to all subscribed investors.    For example, if we can only work 3 deals a month but received 15 deals, that means 12 people will not have their real estate problem solved unless we share that information, and that is what we do.

Who Are you?

We are investors in the San Antonio and DFW area with many connections to lenders, private money, wholesalers, and experts in various topics of Real Estate Investing.

How does it Benefit Me?

Why don't You Buy All the Deals?

There are too many deals to do for just one person or group.   There are many people out there who are going through very difficult times and we (soon you too) will have the power and ability to help them while making a decent living at the same time.

Zig Ziglar says “If you help enough people get what they want, you can have anything you want”.

It's true,  together, as a group we can do many more deals and help many more people.

What is the Catch?

It is unfortunate how frequently this question is asked!    We have been blessed many times over and the financial freedom is no longer something that we struggle for each day.  Instad we teach you, just like generous souls taught us when we started.
