1. The duration of this service package is two months commencing after payment. 

2. Online PSS service is a 1-2 hour duration, with 12 as a maximum number of participants. Participants should observe physical distancing during the actual session. 

3. Psychosocial Support Service could be in a form of psychological first aid, stress management session or another virtual care session as expressed by the client and/ or based on the pre-session assessment result.

4. Pre-Session Assessment shall be completed by all members of the team participating in the session. 

5. The choice of 2 *Live Online Session services is for one or two individual members of the team who have an immediate need on any of these: psychiatric consultation, psychotherapy, medical consultation, life coaching, guidance counseling, fitness coaching, spiritual counseling. The said person(s) shall request to book for the service on his preferred date and time during the 6-month duration of this service package.
