As the society centers embrace innovation and technology, developing sustainable solutions that create livable and inclusive cities is essential. LiVAB!E is built upon the conviction that research has a vital role in development. This role cultivates action research and facilitates cross-sectoral collaboration to address the widening social divide. 

LiVAB!E is a social enterprise whose mission is to make research work meaningful and aligned with the community's sustainable development priorities. We achieve this by providing training and support to researchers, connecting them with local communities, and facilitating cross-sectoral collaboration.

It also seeks to engage students in the colleges/universities in cities of the Philippines to do research(es) or to find solutions to urban development challenges and difficulties.  LiVAB!E also facilitates the links between researchers (students) and city governments.
