Napakahirap para sa kanila ang bumangon dahil sa kakukulangan ng mga ari-arian na sana'y makakatulong sa pagiging handa at matatag na pamumuhay.

Noong 2020, sa kabila ng napakaraming nag-offer ng microinsurance products, 53% pa rin ng populasyon ay hindi kumuha ng microinsurance.

Ang WeBounce ay instrumento ng napakaraming grupo ng mga mahihirap at vulnerable population kasama ang mga micro at small enterprises (MSEs) upang makapag-access ng angkop na microinsurance products.

Nakikipagtulungan ito sa iba't-ibang stakeholders upang maihatid ang simple, mura, at kinakailangang microinsurance products: mula sa pagbayad ng premium hangga't sa pag-claim ng benefits.

Mapalaki ang bilang ng mga gupong ng mga MSEs at vulnerable population na may proteksyon ang kanilang kalusugan at aria-arian laban sa mga panganib at sakuna.

Mapataas ang antas ng kakayahan sa pagiging matatag (resilient) at kahandaan (preparedness) ng mga MSEs at vulnerable population.

WeBounce is a virtual distribution channel aiming to co-create easy access to affordable microinsurance products.

Specifically, the platform seeks to:

1. Provide tech-enabled easy access to risk financing products addressing multiple risks in partnerships with insurance providers, MI-MBAs, CIS; mutual benefit associations, cooperatives, and vulnerable groups.

·2. Raise awareness and building a resilience culture among micro and small enterprises (MSEs) and vulnerable groups in partnership with key stakeholders. The Enterprise Resilience Check is both a learning and a measuring tool for the current level of enterprise resilience towards identifying appropriate interventions.

· 3. Supporting the MSEs by protecting the vulnerable workforce and communities where they operate (i.e., women, at-risk youth, PWD, the elderly, and marginalized poor) who are at high risk to shocks. They are the most affected when MSEs are affected by the impacts of disasters.
