The ELEO Explorer spacecraft is a 2U CubeSat that orbits Earth at 500 miles, the orbit proposed for space settlement habitats and orbital research, development and industrial facilities.  This orbit avoids known high radiations regions of other low earth orbits.  ELEO would verify this and using onboard sensors provide observations of the environment in low earth orbit, including near earth objects and space debris.

Each partner share for the Level One Equatorial Low Earth Orbit (ELEO) Exploration is $200 per month for 36 months.
