Judge Peake is one of the judges that Judge Judy is referring to when she says that Family Court judges are morons. There is simply no other explanation (other than bribery) for how she has handled one case in particular. Can only imagine the damage she has caused to other families. 

This judge has allowed the golden uterus to refuse, for no reason, access to the child by the father. After several RECORDED access refusals, this moron, as Judge Judy puts it, doesn't do anything to the mother….this father JUST wants to see his son.
