Ruthanna Straton - Co-Founder of EmergeCore

Ruthanna served in various roles within the entertainment industry for 20 plus years including, starting as an artist member of a Duo, The Lott Sisters, she also was a Beauty Pageant winner in a number of contests.  

She chose to pursue a career in the music industry serving as Executive Assistant to the Executive Director of the Country Music Association, and served on the Board Of Directors for The Music City Christian Fellowship, producing Sunday Morning Country at the Grand Ole Opry House. 

Ruthanna also served in the roles of Talent Manager, Public Relations, Film Producer and Radio Promotor.  In addition, she has completed advanced studies in Psychology, Social Engineering and is a Certified Life Coach. 

Ruthanna, like Eric, is a perfectionist in all that she does, and is passionate about music, and helping others.

Her extensive background and expertise in the music business coupled with the vast experience of her husband partner makes this team a powerful force!
