"I’m 69 years of age (at the time of this writting) and I’ve been fortunate to have been in good health for the better part of my journey here on earth.
I understand that when we advance in years, tendon elasticity and bone strength tend to decrease.
The discs in our spine can lose fluid that then lessens their ability to cushion the vertebrate. If the spine is overly compressed, disks may rupture and bulge outward. This results in pressure on one of more than 50 nerves that control body movements that transmit signals to the brain.
So as you get older, maybe you shouldn’t jump out of any airplanes any time soon. The results could be disastrous. In fact, jumping out of the back of a pickup truck could be risky.
Any combination of these things could be the cause of lower back pain.

They are crushed and suffocated by constant sitting.

The cause of low back pain may reflect nerve irritation or bone lesions. Most of this follows trauma to the back muscles. LBP is also brought about by degenerative conditions such as arthritis, osteoporosis, viral infections, joint irritation or congenital abnormalities.
Too much fat, non-healthy lifestyle, weight gain during pregnancy, poor physical stature, inappropriate posture for the activity performed, and wrong sleeping position, are conditions that may also contribute much to the cause of your low back pain.
Having bad posture, especially when you are fond of slouching is a common cause of low back pain. Aside from that, weak abdominal muscles can lead you to have swayback. It is an abnormal curving of the spine where the discs between vertebrates become damaged. It may first appear stiff or numb when you get up and move around. Over a longer period of time, it may worsen.

I have not been as fortunate.
As mentioned earlier, one cause of low back pain is carrying heavy materials especially when you are not used to doing so. When it is done, increased pressure is put on your lumbar spine. If lifting is done wrong, and you have the load positioned too far in front of you, the muscles in the lower back are forced to exert extreme effort that may cause permanent damage.

Originally, scar tissues that are created during the recovery period are not as sturdy and flexible as normal tissues. The buildup of scar tissue from repeated injuries eventually grows, resulting in chronic pain.
Also, the cause of low back pain may point toward a more life-threatening medical disease. The ache that is accompanied by fever or nausea can indicate a pinched nerve. It could also be brought about by the loss of bladder control, soreness from coughing, and progressive weakness. Some diabetics can experience severe twinges that radiate down to the leg related to neuropathy. Sickness such as osteoarthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, and compression fractures are also potential causes so be aware that one cure will not be right for everyone.
While back pain is indeed a common condition most often caused by muscle-related injury, spinal injury, or emotional stress, it could be a symptom of a far more serious disorder. In fact, many chronic forms of back pain (lasting for more than two months) are actually symptoms of serious diseases, such as arthritis, osteoporosis, scoliosis, cervical spondylosis, spinal cancer, bone cancer, ulcerative colitis, Crohn’s disease, mittelschmerz, cervix cancer, tuberculosis, meningitis, among others.
I'm not trying to scare you here, but before you treat your pain to casually, try simple cures, or just try to tough it out, you need to understand the range of possibilities and act accordingly."
