Tell your discovery story

Be honest. 

If you are not there yet don't pretend you are. Use the story of someone ahead of you and justify your chosen path. 

Tell stories your potential clients can identify with, stories they can see themselves in. People buy when they can see themselves using your product or service successfully. 

Tell the success stories of your past or current customers — I love a great case study

"He was here (pain). He passed through hell (lost and alone and ready to give up). Then he discovered your solution. Now he's here (testimonial)."

Tell stories about well-known influencers you find online.

Great copywriters create a "segue" (smooth transition or connection) between a story and an offer that leads smoothly to a call to action. (That's the secret to becoming a great copywriter.)


Tell stories that solve problems for people in groups online: When you invest the time to solve someone's challenges for them you often find others with the same problem. 

Instead of the usual one or two-liner solution dig deep and provide a real 500-word solution. Then use that content to tell a story.

Give valuable information in your app existing clients will want to share. Then make it easy to share.
