While Team Turf has been Charlotte's choice for lawn care services for over 15 years, it's owners Joe & Nancy Cornwell have enjoyed a lifetime love of agriculture. Joe learned the importance of soil nutrition for optimal plant health while working on his family's farm as a child. He married Nancy, his high school sweetheart and together they continued their love of agriculture and landscaping as hobbyists. It wasn't until after their retirement that Joe's passion for lawn care bloomed into what now has become... Team Turf.

We are licensed, insured, and certified lawn care professionals servicing the Charlotte area and all of its suburbs. Team Turf is the only Charlotte lawn care company to have an on-staff PhD of Turfgrass Management. Our lawn care applicators boast years of experience caring for lawns in the Charlotte area. We are a member of CGIN, Carolina Green Industry Network, a local group of Turf Grass Professionals. 

Team Turf coined the term “Fortified Organics” because we know that organic material is needed to increase the fertility of your soil and to reduce the need for other traditional products. Our lawn care programs have proven very successful on Charlotte Bermudagrass, Fescue and Zoysia lawns that have struggled under other lawn care programs. As a local lawn care service, we are conscious of the soil and weather conditions and we time our fertilizer and weed control applications optimally for the Charlotte area... one season at a time.
