Chef Toshihiro Kobayashi
Chef Toshihiro began honing his culinary skills under chef Teruaki Yoda from 2006, learning the art of French cuisine for over 10 years before moving to Hawaii. In 2018, Toshihiro became the head chef of Bernini Honolulu. From February 2020, Toshihiro began breathing new life into Bernini Honolulu as the new owner/chef.
