 When my clients  approach me for a solution, I believe it is important that I  give them a straightforward response and an action plan. When implemented, the action plan must be capable of solving my client's problem  completely. In  the last twenty (20) years, I have used this proven template formula with complete success. 

My straight talk helps clients to achieve the desired objectives, while building a long-term honest relationships.

Who We Are

My name is Beverley (Bev) Edwards and I am a solicitor based in Tauranga, in the North Island of New Zealand. 

I am the principal solicitor at the Straight Talk Law practice which was established in September 2017, immediately upon resigning from the position of Senior Solicitor at the Tauranga office of PCW Law Limited. 

Our History

Before my stint at PCW Law Ltd, I spent five (5) years as a Director - Employment Consultant at Straight Talk Limited in Tauranga.

In addition, since May 2012, I have been an Academic Staff Member - Law at the Toi Ohomai  Institute of Technology where I lecture law to Architectural Technology students. 

I have also been serving as Senior Solicitor to the Employers and Manufacturers Association in Wailato, New Zealand since September 2017. As a member of the legal team I offer representation in all Employment Law matters and am part of the EMA family offering education and training, export support, advocacy and Industrial Relations and the best advice in New Zealand.
