Is it okay to sign up your spouse under you? 

Yes you can.

If your spouse was in AFFA but not ITEA, do they need to pay the $100 lease fee to get started? 

They would have to pay the $100. (If not in ITEA you have to pay the $100 lease fee)

Is it okay to buy multiple units each month? (For instance buy one unit every week) 

Yes you can.  (It has been suggested to make additional unit(s) purchases once per month for simplicity.)

If choosing monthly earnings payouts, when are payments made (1st, 15th or on 30th day after purchase)? 

The 1st of each month.

If multiple monthly purchases are allowed would the monthly earnings payments be made separately for each unit or can they be combined into one monthly payment? 

All units will be paid on the 1st of each month. Some units may not have a complete month of earnings.

How long does one continue to get paid on units? Does it go on indefinitely? In other words, does one $100 unit continue to pay $60 per month?

Yes you are paid indefinitely!

Can you request a return of the initial $100? 

Yes you can, at any time.
