Example Use:

 

Replace “I can’t do this” with

 

I can’t do this but what can I learn or try differently?

Kaizen (Continuous Improvement)

 

 

Purpose / Benefit:

 

Emphasizes making small, consistent improvements daily instead of drastic changes.

 

 

Example Use:

 

Walk for 5 minutes daily instead of jumping into an intense gym routine, build up gradually.

Journaling (Gratitude or Reflective)

 

 

Purpose / Benefit:

 

Builds emotional intelligence and clarity by reflecting on thoughts, experiences, and things you're grateful for.

 

 

Example Use:

 

Every evening, write down 3 things you’re grateful for and 1 lesson learned from the day.
