Pain Referred to the Hip Joint and Groin
- Iliopsoas: front of the hip, groin, lower back
- Rectus Femoris: front of the hip, groin, knee
- Adductor Longus and Brevis: groin, inner thigh

Pain Referred to the Buttock
- Gluteus Maximus: buttock, sacrum
- Gluteus Medius: buttock, sacroiliac joint
- Gluteus Minimus: buttock, side of the hip
- Piriformis: buttock, posterior hip, down the leg

Pain Referred to the Lateral Hip
- Tensor Fasciae Latae (TFL): side of the hip, outer thigh, knee
- Gluteus Minimus: side of the hip, down the leg
- Iliotibial Band (IT Band): side of the thigh, knee

Pain Referred to the Thigh
- Sartorius: front and inner thigh
- Adductor Magnus: inner thigh
- Quadratus Femoris: back of the thigh
