⚬ Start in a standing position with your arms hanging by your side.
⚬ Stand close to a wall and have your feet shoulder-width apart.
⚬ Keep your right arm straight and lift it out to the side of your body and slightly back at shoulder height.
⚬ Rest your palm or the side of your hand on the wall and twist your body away from the wall.
⚬ To increase the stretch take a step forward with your right foot.
