Providing retail and other companies that make use of a single used plastic carrier bags is soon becoming a memory of the past. We at Enviro Matter are working hard with retailers and government to make sure that retailers do not make the problem (a plastic carrier bag) and then expect their customers to resolve that problem (by recycling the plastic carrier bag) themselves.
