Ms. Michèle S. Delisfort, PP/AICP has extensive interwoven experience in Urban Planning, academia and policy and is a fully engaged practitioner, community leader and public servant.
George W. Williams, PP/AICP has over 30 years of extensive interwoven experience in neighborhood planning, land use, and economic development. As a fully engaged practitioner over the years, he exhibits a civic-minded devotion to underserved communities and issues.
Gerald Haziel, PP, AICP
SENOR ASSOCIATE
30 years of professional experience in housing and economic development, socio-economic profiling, land use planning and community engagement.
Extensive experience with nonprofit organizations and municipalities.
Ms. Mrunmayee Atre, AICP Candidate/LEED Green Associate is experienced in urban design, zoning, formed based codes, and sustainability/green building design with private and municipal sector clients.
Ms. Atre’s chief interest areas are integrating architectural and planning knowledge to create sustainable, transit-oriented and people-centric communities.

Mr. Steven Martini, PP/AICP has nearly 7 years of public and private sector experience redevelopment planning, land use, and economic development. He is a fully engaged practitioner who utilizes his strategic and analytical skills. Mr. Martini is passionate about urban planning, economic development and New Jersey communities.
Anika Dodson is an Associate/Project Manager at Nishuane Group. In 2016, Anika earned both a Bachelor of Science of Architecture and a Bachelor of Science of Concrete Industry Management from New Jersey’s Institute of Technology. Anika provides project management services to various municipalities looking to streamline the construction of their approved redevelopment projects. She is experienced in project management, zoning, and exhibit development with private and municipal sector clients.

Olivia M. Brown is the Office Manager/Executive Assistant at Nishuane Group. She has over 10 years of professional experience in the administrative field. Having held positions in both the private and public sectors, Olivia is able to tailor her skills to meet the needs of various clients.
