Is an extension of ALO's recruiting and management. A management coaching and support program was created by AOA to prepare and support individuals for a brighter path. We help people from 18 years up to 35 with mentorship, personal assistance, emotional support, a third-party opinion in terms of decision-making, and party services. 

We help ALO discover and manage raw talents and skills. Networking and handling all its legal contracts and negotiations nationwide.  

Our mission is to discover passionate individuals and bring out the best in them. By providing the best support and resources needed without judgments. Getting them the right sponsorships needed for advancements and more. 

All agreements contracts and legal affairs of AOA Circle are separated from ALO affairs and assets.
