The legal basis for this processing is the performance of a contract between you and us and/or taking steps, your request, to enter into such a contract and our legitimate interests, namely our interest in the proper administration of our website and business.

Free standard shipping – How to get ? 

1. Nationwide, over Ghc 5,000 purchases get free standard shipping.

2. Occasionally we run a really great free shipping country wide promotion. Join our emailing list to get these deals sent to your inbox. 

When will my order ship ? 

Because we want you to receive your items safely, we need real human to pack them carefully. Packaging takes within one (1) to two (2) business days before we ship it to you within Accra/Tema and/or a bargain timelines depending on your location outside Accra/Tema.

Some items will be ship separately, and may take a bit longer due to the packaging process. 

What shipping options do you offer? 

Depending on where you are, we ship differently.

—Accra/Tema domestic shopping takes one (1) to two (2)  business days to print and ship orders to our customers.

—Outside Accra/Tema domestic shipping takes one (1) to five (5) business days to package and ship to our customers. 

Will I be responsible for extra shipping fees? 

—Depending on your location in the country (Ghana), you may own shipping fees in addition to our shipping rates, which only covers the transit cost of the products.

—A pick up option is also available to our customers in all our walk in shops/agents across the nation without incurring additional shipping fee.

Payment Terms

The full payment needs to be made by a digital payment (Paystack) after which orders will be process dispatched. This may also include special fees or billing charges, shipping and more that may be relevant.

Billing Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchase per person, household or per order.

These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.

In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the orders was made.

You agree to provide current complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

Occasionally there may be information on our site or in the service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit/delivery timelines and availability.

Dispute Clause

These conditions shall be construed in accordance with the law of Ghana , without regard to conflict of our provisions. Any dispute arising under these conditions shall be resolve exclusively by the country of Ghana.
