Dealing with Setbacks and Failure in Rugby

As you might know, rugby is also a sport that is full of challenges and setbacks. Therefore, players must be able to deal with these setbacks and failures in order to be successful.

Setbacks are ultimately part of the learning process. The more you fail, the more you learn and grow.

If you are not willing to put in the work, you will never reach your full potential.

As All Blacks mental skills coach, Gilbert Enoka, once said,

“Most people have the will to win. Few have the will to prepare to win.”
