*If your nails become scratched or misshaped, we are not responsible.
*You will be charged for the costs of any repairs or replacements that we have to carry out because of any damage(s) you have caused.
This includes: A lack of care for your nails(broken, chipped, or starting to lift nails).
Remember: Gel and Dip Nails last according to how you care for your nails
*Once you leave the salon, we will assume you are happy and have accepted the service(s) provided.
There will be no refund granted.
*The Nail Box Day Spa will not refund or credit note because you have changed your mind.

*Please WASH your hands before service.
*Please DO NOT stand in the pedicure bowl.
The Nail Box Day Spa is not liable for any injury caused by this action.
*Please REFRAIN from the use of any profanity.
Additionally, we apologize, but there’s a weight limit for the pedicure chair.
Punctuality
Please contact a salon coordinator if you will be late for an appointment.
If you are more than ten minutes late, we cannot guarantee completion of the services
booked, but as always, we’ll make every effort to do so. Tre-book your appointment

Remember nails need to be redone every two weeks.
Personal Items
The Nail Box Day Spa is not responsible for any personal items.
This includes any electronics, jewelry, wallets, etc. Always check if any belongings are
left behind.
The Nail Box Day Spa is DOES NOT allow any children unless the child is being serviced.
Payment Methods
Services are payable through Cash, Cash-app, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and PayPal.
All other forms of payments, including checks will not be accepted.
