About My Story

WHO AM I

Check it out, being I'm a disabled war vet musician, I found that music was an escape and comfort for the issues I brought back from my military experience. So at that younger age, I followed the road which fortunately put me in circumstances to having performed with professional artists such as Billy Preston, Phillip Bailey and Andrew Woolfolk from Earth, Wind and Fire, Herbie Rich who was with Buddy Miles and his Electric Flag Band, The Coasters and The Platters in their backup bands that helped in my understanding how I fit in as a professional musician. I also performed in concerts along side The Chamber's Brothers, Ike and Tina Turner, The Commodores and Mel Tillis, which also added to that experience. I also had the privilege of partnering with Jimmy Pitman from the Strawberry Alarm Clock in the Way To Gold Productions Studio. Presently I spend alot of alone time, which I prefer, in my home studio, producing, engineering, mastering, and when asked, consulting "up and coming" young new artists. I do it without compensation just to pay it forward.  I continue with song writing, arranging and enjoy making cameo appearances on other artists compositions, playing guitar or a little piano. Music is the key to my mental well being. I love it!

The New Citations

Was a great show band that had a loyal following throughout the US and Canada that filled the venues they performed at with lines of followers around the block waiting to get in.

This group put out a record I produced, that got some attention in Europe. They also filled the venues with their professional performances especially when they worked as the warmup act for the headliners.
