Regal Health London – Broker Fee Structure

Please note: These fees are distinct from and do not include Medical Concierge service fees, which are invoiced separately.

Tier 1 – Standard Referral

Fee: £500

Description:

This fee applies when Regal Health London facilitates a standard referral to a consultant, clinic, or hospital for non-urgent or routine health services. It includes:

Initial consultation coordination

Liaison with healthcare provider

Appointment confirmation

Tier 2 – Priority Access Coordination

Fee: £1,000

Description:

Applicable when the referral requires expedited access or coordination within a tight time frame (typically within 48–72 hours). This includes:

Priority appointment scheduling

Direct liaison with senior administrative staff

Escalation support for time-sensitive needs

Tier 3 – Bespoke Medical Access & Liaison

Fee: £2,000+ (Variable – subject to complexity)

Description:

This applies to complex, high-touch medical coordination. Typically includes:

Multi-specialist involvement

Second opinions or multidisciplinary consultations

Coordination across multiple healthcare providers or facilities

Ongoing case oversight for up to 14 days

Quoted individually based on case complexity and provider involvement. Additional charges may apply for extended case management.

For all tiers, Regal Health London acts solely as a medical access broker, and Medical Concierge services (e.g. transport, translation, and personal health assistance) are handled under a separate fee structure.
