A childhood filled with Saturday Night Bluegrass family jams and Southern Baptist Choirs on Sunday mornings.

Summer weekday nights filled with Come To Jesus Revivals.

Church Homecomings with four part Southern Gospel quartets.

A few Sacred Heart singings.

Add in truck rides with my dad, standing up in the front seat with no seat belt on. Riding down the highway singing along with Conway, Merle, Waylon, Willie and George on the radio.

Later childhood years that include what is now known as Yacht Rock. Songs like the Pina Colada Song, Fleetwood Mac Dreams, etc.

Moving on into fronting a few early 80's style hard rock and metal bands.

This is the melting pot that is the basis of my style.

Seeing Chuck Berry on the Dick Clark American Bandstand 25th Anniversary special changed my life and made me want to play guitar.  Southern Rock icons Lynryd Skynyrd, the Allman Brothers, Blackfoot and the Outlaws made me want to be a guitar hero. Eddie Van Halen and Randy Rhodes made me rethink my ambitions.

All styles of music permeated my childhood home. From Hank Sr. to Frank Sinatra to Elvis.

I was named after Bobby Darin, and I love the romance of the early 60's Rat Pack: Frank, Dean and the boys.

I have returned to my Classic Country roots. But maybe you want a little more variety.  Lets discuss how I can tailor a setlist to fit the context of your event. Maybe some Southern Rock, possibly some 60's Rat Pack.

Lets relive some memories together.
