My name is Chris LaFrance and for decades I have been focusing on my Real Estate Appraisal business.  

I was not really looking to make a change or add anything else on.  However, when the fuel tabs came along and I found they worked AND  saw how large a market this was as well as the timing... I couldn't resist.
