✔ Valid passport copy of policyholder
✔ Original policy document
✔ Nominee’s ID proof & bank details
✔ Fill LIC Claim Form

2. In Case of Maturity (Endowment/Child Plan)
✔ Policy maturity intimation from LIC
✔ Submit form, ID, cancelled cheque
✔ Proceeds are transferred to your bank (NRE/NRO)
