The Process

How to Achieve this, Step by Step? 

1. Plan & Design  Posters. Distribute them and display them in prominent places, hospitals, Educational Institutions.

2. Organize Online Entrepreneur Camps, or Boot Camps.

3. Ask Young people with entrepreneurial mindset to apply by paying Rs. 1200

4. One day program with exhibitions, Videos, Pamphlets, etc will be organized.

5. Conduct Psychometric Tests and give them 20 page report each to paid participants..

6. Choose the right 200 Youth to pay and choose a business from the given 10 businesses.

7. Follow-up and help them to launch their business.

8. Automation, Freebies, Business Support, Biz Café Memberships will also be offered.

9. Training Programs, Onboarding sessions, Market Research, mini Business Plan, Business Projection etc will be provided

10. Marketing and distribution support will be offered.

Initial Cost Per Business

Rs. 20,000 per business will be given to St Charles towards Funding the Projects.
