Welcome to the Fire Sentinels companion app.

To use this app, you need to register your phone to be able to receive notifications on the Register page.

In the event of a fire, the Fire Sentinel that detected the fire will automatically notify the fire service, the local council and of course the residents of the building via the app.

You will then be sent notifications on the status of the incident and the fire service will issue instructions via the app.

If you are asked to vacate your property, ensure every one is out and the property door closed, then tap the 'My Property is Empty and Secure' button on the My Property page.

If you are asked to vacate your property, but you can't for any reason, tap the 'I am in my Property and Need Help' button on the My Property page.

This will help the fire and rescue service to focus rescue activities in the right place.

The Call for Help option will directly call the Emergency Operator with one touch, please be careful not to call unintentionally.
