MONARCH PROGRAM

The Monarch Program provides the City of Minneapolis with a rigorous, accessible roadmap for advancing racial equity through repair, responsibility, and systems change. 

 

By blending flexible interactive learning with structured in-person dialogue, the program strengthens access to merit, builds institutional trust, and equips public servants to sustain equitable outcomes across departments and communities.
