Yin Yoga, a beautiful style of Yoga we hold the pose, usually for 3 mins, working on our fascia, meridians, and central nervous system (fight & flight) working to find our 'edge' as we dive deeper with each layer. A Yoga that works in a profound and wonderful way. Slowly releasing oxygen to every part of the body, increasing blood flow. Balancing, energising and increasing mental, emotional and physical well-being.
